Flattery Vol.3 are now finally ready for the shops. The Tip Toppers kickstart the whole thing with their version of "Hangin On". The Tip Toppers will start the recording of their second album in feb/mar 2006. The album will hopefully be out before the summer. There will be a lot of special guests featured on the album. More info will follow..
The Tip Toppers are featured on "Leaving Home" A NORWEGIAN TRIBUTE TO THE RAMONES with the song "Everytime I eat vegetables it makes me think of you". The version is mastered by famous Ramones producer Daniel Rey.
Sindre`s other band The Incubators will release a 7" EP on swedish recordlabel Bootleg Booze. (www.bootlegbooze.com).The band features two members from the late Gluecifer and Sindre and Ulf from the Tip Toppers. The record will hit the stores in January 2006. The Tip Toppers has recorded the song "Hangin On" for FLATTERY Vol.3, a tribute to Radio Birdman. Other acts ready for the tribute are Flaming Sideburns, Thunder Express, Nick Royale Gang, Captain Murphy, The Doits, among others. The Tip Toppers will also have a song on a Norwegian tribute album to the Ramones. This will be a song taken from the Subterranean Jungle album, but this time mastered by Ramones producer Daniel Ray.

In the September issue of MOJO music magazine, The Tip Toppers came in fifth place together with The Queers in the "Gimme Ten"..classic albums covered in their entirety (written by Fred Dellar). The record in question is The Tip Toppers version of the Ramones classic " Subterranean Jungle". If everything goes as planned TTT will enter the studio early summer to record the follow-up to their debut album "Packed to the Rafters". The title of the album is not yet decided.Also look out for a release from The Incubators. ( A band including members of TTT, Gluecifer and norwegian country-stars Crowtown). No, don`t worry. THE TIP TOPPERS are currently writing new material for their next album due out next year. This year the band has released: 7" SINGLE on SNEAKERS RECORDS, 7" EP on BURGESS SHALE, and THE RAMONES "COVER" ALBUM released by the official NORWEGIAN RAMONES FANCLUB. Morten is busy recording the debut album with his new band "THE TWISTAROOS". Be prepaired. The album is gonna be a killer!! Stig is touring Europe with GLUECIFER. THE TIP TOPPERS are also on the "Leitwerk der modernen Idiomatik"compilation out on SOUNDS OF SUBTERRANIA with the song "PACKED TO THE RAFTERS". The compilation also feature bands like THE DIRTBOMBS,KING KHAN& HIS SHRINES and THE SEWERGROOVES. THE TIP TOPPERS will return to the studio this christmas to record a song for a tribute album out next year. Stay tuned for more info! Sindre recorded the basic tracks for another 7 songs which will be released on the forthcoming Tip Toppers album! But there is no releasing date set yet!
The Incubators, Sindre's second bandproject, is gonna record a 6 song EP in May! Also a tour is planned but there are no dates confirmed yet. The band's sound is different from The Tip Toppers style but it's cool, folks! The members of the band are: Sindre on lead vocal and guitar, Stig on bass and Ulf on drums.

The 7" from Sneakers called All fired up was sent to pressing last week. Also the Ramones tribute is on its way. The Tip Toppers three new songs for their forthcoming album are called: I could be your nightmare (an old Incubators song, Sindre's hobbyband), Simply the best and Crush on you. There is no releasing date set yet.

Sindre returned in the studio again to record some new songs for the new album of The Tip Toppers. There is no releasing date set yet! The Subterrranean Jungle album was remastered by Daniel Rey, producer of The Ramones and Joey's soloalbum, end of last year. So the album will be out around february. And I tell you, folks, it is a fantastic album!!

The Tip Toppers did a great photoshooting for their release of the Subterranian Jungle album last wednesday. The photos should arrive here soon! Also the Moloko Plus Magazine from Germany wants to publish an interview by the band in January 2004. Oh YEAH!!

Some great news again! The two new songs for the 7" are mixed by Sondre Larrsen on monday and today! There are also some Tip Toppers shows planned for the next summer! Yoohoo!! Also the Ramones cover album is recorded and will be mixed within the next weeks.

The recording of the album "Subterranean Jungle" is almost finnished, so it should be in stores soon. And the songs on the new 7" which will be released on Sneakers are called: 1. All fired up, 2. One kiss away. The releasing date is not confirmed yet but I'll inform you as soon as I know.

Some news from THE TIP TOPPERS arrived lately. Here we go, folks:
1 THE TIP TOPPERS will return in the studio in the beginning of June to record a new album called "Subterranean Jungle" by THE RAMONES. This is the only album by THE RAMONES that is not covered by any other band so far. The whole album will be recorded with the typical touch of THE TIP TOPPERS magic and will be released by the Norwegian RAMONES fanclub then.
2 At the same time two new songs for the 7" on SNEAKERS RECORDS will be recorded. It will come out in Sept/ Oct 2003.
3 The Oslo Confidential compilation will soon be out. It's distributed by Tuba in Norway!
4 Also a new album will be recorded for SOUNDS OF SUBTERRANIA next year. It should be out Aug/ Sept 2004. That's something, eh? THE TIP TOPPERS rules!!!
